POLICY

Things to be aware of..

 

  • you must be over 18

  • you must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding 

  • any medication routinely taken must be disclosed at the time of booking

  • if you require a patch test please send me your full address as these can be posted 

  • if you have previously had a procedure (eyebrows, lip blush or eyeliner) done elsewhere, please inform me at the time of booking

I take a £50 non refundable booking fee per area for all appointments - this is then deducted from the amount to pay at your first appointment. No appointment is secure until the booking fee has been paid.

 

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, I require 3 full days notice prior to your appointment date and I can do so ONCE without your booking fee being lost. All appointments (including 6-10 weeks retouch appointments and colour boosts) require 3 full days prior to your appointment date to reschedule, or your £50 booking fee will be lost and a another will need to be paid in order for a new booking fee to be made.

Should you cancel your appointment within 3 full days prior to your appointment or miss your appointment, a new booking fee of £50 will need to be paid in order for another booking to be made. Should you choose to cancel your appointment or an area to be treated your booking fee will be lost. 

​

When booking a full face (eyebrows, eyeliner and lip blush) of permanent make up the £150 booking fee is non refundable and non transferable as the entire day is booked out to spend with you.

​

If you fail to inform me that you have previously had permanent make up done, in the area to be treated and it cannot be worked over, your booking fee will be lost and your treatment will be not be carried out. 

 

When selecting the spilt payment method the £150 is considered your booking fee and is non refundable. 

​

Should you choose to cancel an area to be treated, your booking fee will be lost.

​

Due to the nature of the treatments, they are non refundable under any circumstances.

Please Note -

  • Colour boosts are to be booked every 12-24 months (this will be dependant on a number of different factors and I will make a recommendation on how frequently you should return for appointments), leaving it longer than the recommended time frame between appointments will result in needing two treatments again and this will be charged at a new treatment cost.

  • It is ideal to leave a minimum of 2 weeks between your treatment and travelling to a hot destination, provided no sun damage / sun burn has occurred we will be able to proceed upon your return from a hot destination.

  • Our treatments and gift certificates are not refundable under any circumstances.

After your appointment you are responsible for your treatment and the healed results. Aftercare will be provided at the end of your treatment, I will go through aftercare verbally with you and give you written advice to refer back to. Adhering to this will be the deciding factor of your healed results. Any touch up work cannot be carried out for 6 weeks post treatment and no longer than 10 weeks at a cost of £50. After 10 weeks it is chargeable as a colour boost.
